Provincial Grand Lodge Portrait Photography
Pre-book your formal portrait session
A professional portrait studio will be available at the Provincial Grand Lodge event on 29 June 2026.
To help keep things smooth on the day, you can pre-book your portrait time in advance. This means less waiting, a quicker process, and a better chance of being photographed at a time that suits you.
The portrait setup will be available from 11:00am until 4:30pm.
Each portrait sitting will be short and efficient, with a formal, consistent style suitable for personal use, publication and yearbook-style records.
How it works
Portrait sessions are booked in 15-minute time slots.
Each time slot has a limited number of spaces available. Please choose your preferred time below and complete your booking online.
On the day, please arrive at your chosen time, ready to be photographed. Each person will have a short time in front of the camera, usually around 1–2 minutes.
A mirror will be available if you need a quick moment to check your appearance before your portrait.

Booking your time
Please select your preferred time slot below and complete your booking.
Time slots are limited, so early booking is recommended.
If you would prefer not to book in advance, a limited number of walk-up appointments will be available between 3:00pm and 4:15pm. Please note that pre-booked appointments will take priority.
On the day
Please arrive for your allocated time slot.
If you need a few moments to get ready, that is absolutely fine. However, to keep the process moving, please make sure you are nearby and ready when your time slot begins.
If you miss your time slot, don’t worry. I will do my best to fit you in at the next available opportunity, but you may need to wait until there is a suitable gap in the schedule.
Delivery
Digital portraits will be delivered within 3 working days.
Physical mounted prints will be posted within 10 working days.

What if I miss my slot?
If you miss your slot, don’t worry. I will try to fit you in at the next available opportunity.
You may need to wait for a quieter moment, usually around 10–15 minutes if the session is running smoothly.
You can also attend during the walk-up period between 3:00pm and 4:15pm, subject to availability.
What if I am ill on the day?
If you are unable to attend due to illness, there will be an additional opportunity to have your portrait taken at my studio on a future date. This date will be confirmed after the event.
Can I have a photo with someone else?
Yes. You are welcome to have a photograph with a friend or family member if you wish.
Additional image costs may apply and can be paid on the day.
What editing is included?
Your final portrait will be professionally edited. This includes general polish and the removal of minor marks, dust or speckles.
The aim is to keep the portrait smart, natural and formal.
When will I receive my photograph?
Digital portraits will be sent within 3 working days.
Mounted physical prints will be posted within 10 working days.
Can I buy additional photos or prints?
Yes. Additional digital images and mounted prints can be purchased on the day.
What is the refund policy?
Refunds are available for cancellations made more than 24 hours before the event.
Refunds are not available for missed appointments on the day, but I will do my best to offer an alternative time or future studio appointment where possible.
