Formal Portrait Booking at the Provincial Grand Lodge of South Wales - Annual Investiture - 29 June 2026
Professional formal portraits will be available at the Provincial Grand Lodge event on 29 June at the Cardiff Masonic Hall.
Please book your preferred time slot below by selecting your time, adding to cart and making a payment.
You will receive email confirmation of your time upon checkout. Important - you will not have confirmed/booked your times lot without completing checkout.
Each slot is 15 minutes long and has limited spaces available. Each person will have around 1–2 minutes in front of the camera.
What’s included
Your portrait booking includes:
a short formal portrait sitting
professional studio-style lighting and backdrop
one selected final portrait
professional editing
removal of minor marks, dust or speckles
delivery after the event
Each portrait sitting will be quick and efficient, usually around 1–2 minutes per person.
Time slots
Please arrive at your chosen time slot, at the Cardiff Masonic Hall - ready to be photographed .
A mirror will be available if you need a quick check before your portrait.
If you miss your slot, don’t worry. I will try to fit you in when there is a gap, but you may need to wait.
A limited number of walk-up appointments may be available between 3:30pm and 4:30pm, subject to availability. Pre-booked portraits will take priority.
Optional extras
Prints can be purchased on the day by contactless payment / online payment portal.
Additional digital portrait (i.e. with additional person) - £15
Mounted prints, sent after the event - £20 (A5 mounted print) £24 (A4 mounted print) - (plus £2 p&p)
Important information
Please arrive at your chosen time slot ready to be photographed. I will be located in the Lord Swansea Temple, on the ground floor. Signposts will be from the main entrance area.
A mirror will be available if you need a quick moment to check your appearance before your portrait.
All prices include a small donation towards the 2032 Festival.
Refunds
Refunds are available for cancellations made more than 24 hours before the event.
Refunds are not available for missed appointments on the day, however I will do my best to offer an alternative time where possible - and an additional opportunity will be arranged for you to have your portrait captured at my studio in the near future with a date to be confirmed.
